Yoga & Hiking

Yoga and Hiking Phoenix and Scottsdale AZ

The Best Thing to do in Scottsdale!

Do something unique. Immerse yourself in the Arizona desert. Our desert yoga and winter hiking is one of the best things to do in Scottsdale.

We offer beginner to intermediate hikes ranging from one hour to three and a half hours. All of our desert locations and hikes are near Old Town Scottsdale and Phoenix.

Desert Yoga

No hiking. Just an hour of yoga immersed in the desert landscape near Old Town Scottsdale or our Phoenix location near downtown.

Total duration: one hour of yoga.

Yoga and Hiking near Old Town Scottsdale

A one hour easy hike and one hour of yoga at a stone amphitheater. This location has a backdrop of desert hills. Small groups are recommended for this location as traffic noise travels into the amphitheater from the nearby road.

Total duration with yoga: two hours.

Yoga and Hiking at South Mountain Preserve

South mountain is considered to be the largest park in the USA (more of a nature preserve). Various trails offer beginner to intermediate hiking options. An easy one hour hike and one hour of yoga is our most popular package. However, if you want views and can handle an intermediate hike, we can customize your hike!

Yoga is done in a sandy wash (similar to doing yoga on the beach). So beware, you may be taking sand home with you in your yoga pants!

Total duration with yoga: two hours.

Yoga and Hiking at Phoenix Mountain Preserve

Not for the faint hearted! An uphill winding trail for one hour, one hour of yoga and then one hour downhill. Photos usually add an extra half hour to this excursion. Best undertaken close to sunrise.

Total duration with yoga: three and a half hours.
